About Our Beef Pasturefed Meat
BELGIAN BLUE BEEF We breed and raise Belgian Blue X cattle; a European double muscling breed producing very lean, low cholesterol, tender cuts of beef. It does not have the fat marbling effect such as Angus or Wagyu Beef. Belgian Blue beef is highly sought after by butchers as the double muscling produces more of the better cuts of beef such as rump steak. Being a lean meat, it is better suited for quick style cooking, such as stir frying, grilling or quick bbqing or roasting. It is the prefered meat by the Vietnamese and European communities being well suited for their style of cooking. Our cattle are PASTUREFED only, we do not grain feed them. The pasture gives a sweeter, milder flavoured meat.
