About Our Lamb Pasturefed Meat The Black faced Suffolk is an English meat producing breed valued for the succulent quality of its meat and not for the wool it produces. Lambs are born completely black and slowly change to white with a black face and black feet as they grow. They are just so cute!! We carry a small herd of sheep on our farm and together with our adjoining neighbours Tom and Ingrid we can supply our customers with succulent lamb almost all year round. Tom and Ingrid are likeminded farmers who follow similar farming practices as us. This enables us to swap and change breeding stock ensuring we have a larger volume of lambs for sale and avoids interbreeding of stock. |
