1st June 2011 - Nitrate & Nitrite Free Hams and Bacon is now available.  Thank you everyone who has been patiently waiting for us to get this happening.  Check the On-line Ordering page for details.  Thanks must go to our butcher Wayne of Trafalgar Butcher Shop for working on this for a while so that it is now available.

1st Oct 2011 - Gluten & Preservative Free Sausages.  We have been working on this and a few varieties are now available.  Drop us a line and we'll let you know what is currently available.

1st Nov 2011 - Congratulations to Wayne of Trafalgar Butcher Shop winner of 1st & 3rd Prize at the Victorian State Sausage King Championships for 2011.   There were over 700 entries and Wayne scooped the pool by being the only butcher to walk away with two awards.    Wayne also has won a swag of awards in the Regional Gippsland Sausage King Awards for his Bacon, Ham and other Smallgoods.  All products sold by Gippsland Pasturefed Meat is handmade by Wayne using our own free range meat.  We are very proud to have Wayne as our butcher.
